Inside The  House

Park in the rear of the house (2 spots), and then follow the path around to the front, where a quaint porch and 2 rocking chairs await. Enter through the foyer and proceed to the brightly colored guest room with a twin/full bunk with trundle bed and a 40” flatscreen. Across the hall is a 2nd guest room with queen bed and 40” flatscreen. Both include en suite baths with tub/shower combos.

Down the hall is a living area with couch, high-top table (seats 4), and 32” flatscreen. French doors lead to the back patio. You can pack light for this trip because there’s a laundry room with full front-load washer and dryer. Steps outside the door lead down to the garage. Upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled, open-concept living area with love seat, oversized chair, and 2 swivel chairs—enough space for everyone to gather around the 60” flatscreen for a relaxing movie night.

Double glass doors lead out to the covered balcony with bistro table (seats 2) and 2 Adirondack chairs. In the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, including a gas grill-top range. Pick up some fresh seafood and impress everyone with your culinary skills. Or sit at the kitchen island (4 bar stools) and sip wine while keeping the chef company. Then, gather around the 6-seat dining table for a big family-style meal.

A hall off the kitchen leads to a guest bath with walk-in shower, and a pass-through guest room with a twin daybed, desk, and 40” flatscreen. Step into your luxurious master suite with king bed, sitting area, and 40” flatscreen. Pour yourself a nightcap at the built-in mini bar with wine fridge. There’s a walk-in closet with built-in drawers and a small chair. There’s also a private balcony overlooking the golf course. You’ll feel like you’re at a spa when you see your en suite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and freestanding soaking tub.
